Cross Technological Enterprises, often referred to by the three letter acronym "CTE", is one of the main technology enterprises in the fictional Marvel Universe. Marvel Comics is an American comic book company owned by Marvel Publishing Inc In Comic books and other stories with a long history first appearance refers to the first occurrence to feature a Fictional character. Its first known CEO is the late Darren Agonistes Cross [1], introduced in 1979 in Marvel Premiere. He was indirectly responsible for the existence of Scott Lang, the second Ant-Man [1]. Scott Lang is a Fictional character featured in the American Comic books published by Marvel Comics. CTE has on occasion employed the Avenger Clint Barton (Hawkeye) as a security enforcer and even built his sky-led. Hawkeye ( Clint Barton) also known as Ronin and Goliath, is a Fictional character that appears in the Comic books [2]

Darren's son and successor Augustine has been featured in a few stories in Iron Man [3]. He is also the cousin of Willian Cross, the villain Crossfire [4]. Crossfire ( William Cross) is the name of a Supervillain in the Marvel Comics fictional Marvel Universe.
