Corwood Industries is a Houston, Texas-based company whose only output would appear to be the music of Jandek. Jandek is the musical project of an Outsider musician who operates out of Houston Texas. It is not known what other ventures, if any, that Corwood Industries may be involved with.

Formed in 1978 with the release of Jandek's first release, Corwood Industries has released 52 albums, releases 0739 through 0790. Events January: May - The Bee Gees dominate the singles and album charts as Saturday Night Fever becomes a cultural phenomenon It remains unknown why the catalogue numbers did not begin at 000, or 001. A representative from Corwood suggested in an interview with John Trubee that the initial release number was not chosen for any particular reason.
