Eluvium is the Moniker of ambient recording artist Matthew Cooper, who currently resides in Portland Oregon. Indecipherable Text couples the first two electronics-heavy releases Lambent Material (2003 and Talk Amongst the Trees (2005 of Portland Portland is a city located in the Northwestern United States, near the Confluence of the Willamette and Columbia rivers Eluvium is the Moniker of ambient recording artist Matthew Cooper, who currently resides in Portland Oregon.
