The College of Engineering and Technology (CET) was established as an autonomous institution within the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology in Bhubaneswar, in Orissa, India. University The Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology ( OUAT) was established in the city of Bhubaneswar in 1962 Bhubaneswar ( Oriya: BUbEnSvr Hindi: भुवनेश्वर in Sanskrit and Oriya/oDiA "The Lord of the Universe" is the capital and Orissa (ଓଡ଼ିଶା is a state located on the east coast of India, by the Bay of Bengal. It is primarily an undergraduate college, offering programs in architecture, computer science, information technology, and electrical, civil, instrumentation & electronics and mechanical engineering.
