She gave the child, John Black up for adoption and lived her life hiding from Santo and Stefano spending time in South America. John Black DiMera (real name Forrest Alamain, birth name Ryan Brady) is a Fictional When she found out she was dying and that Stefano was still tormenting her family, she kidnapped Claire to keep her safe. On her death bed she confesses that John is her son and that she had only one love, Santo. After her death, Santo welcomes Colleen into the afterlife.
