Clay Records was an independent record label founded by Mike Stone in 1980 out of a record shop in the English city of Stoke-on-Trent. Play Dead were an English Goth rock group from Oxford that grew out of the fading English punk The Lurkers were a late 1970s English Punk rock group from Uxbridge, West London, notable for being the first group ever on Beggars Demon are an English rock group formed in 1980 by vocalist Dave Hill and guitarist Mal Spooner both hailing from Leek Staffordshire. Charged GBH are an English Punk rock band formed by vocalist Collin Abrahall& guitarist Colin 'Jock' Blyth Members of Clay would form Jungle Records in 1984. Jungle Records is a British -based Record label formed in 1982, specializing in classic Punk rock & Post punk releases
