Herd then signed a one month loan deal with Wycombe Wanderers in March 2008, with Wycombe needing to strengthen their midfield numbers following injuries and a suspension. Wycombe Wanderers Football Club is an English football team from High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire, currently playing in Football League International holidays March 2 - Mothering Sunday (Britain March 7 - Nyepi (Indonesia Herd started 3 matches and made a substitute appearance in another, to play in total 4 games for Wycombe, during his spell.
