Biography
Early life and family
Chloë grew up in London where she attended Mountview Theatre School. London ( ˈlʌndən is the capital and largest urban area in the United Kingdom. Originally she was going to attend an Art School but she went along with one of her friends who had an audition and got in. She claims that her parents were supportive of her career change and really encouraged her.
Her father is director Paul Annett, who has directed a large number of episodes of the British soap opera, EastEnders. A soap opera is an ongoing episodic work of Fiction, usually broadcast on Television or Radio. EastEnders is a most popular and award-winning Television Soap opera, first broadcast in the United Kingdom on BBC1 on 19 February 1985 Chloë's father also directed some episodes of a children's drama series Byker Grove, some of which Chloë appeared in. Byker Grove is a British television series which aired between 1989 and 2006 and was created by Adele Rose. Her brother, Jamie Annett has also directed EastEnders. EastEnders is a most popular and award-winning Television Soap opera, first broadcast in the United Kingdom on BBC1 on 19 February 1985 Her mother is actress and voice expert Margo Annett, author of "An Actor's Guide to Auditions and Interviews", who works closely with Thelma Holt and the Cameron Mackintosh foundation. Thelma Holt is a retired actress and producer for the Royal Shakespeare Company. Sir Cameron Anthony Mackintosh (born) is a British Theatrical producer notable for his association with many commercially successful musicals She is married to Alec McKinlay, the manager for the pop group Oasis. Chloë has spent time in America where she had a part in Danielle Steel's Jewels (1992) (TV) - a TV mini series. Back in Britain most of her roles were "bit parts", although she played the starring role of Holly Turner in Crime Traveller (1997) alongside Michael French, who played Jeff Slade. Crime Traveller is a 1997 Science fiction Detective television series produced by Carnival Films for the BBC based around Michael French (born 17 September, 1962 in Bow, East London) is an English Actor.
Chloë remains better known for her role as Kristine Kochanski in the seventh and eighth series of the British science fiction comedy television series Red Dwarf (although this role was played by Clare Grogan in the earlier series).
