The Chinese FA Cup is the official cup competition in China organised by the Chinese Football Association. The Football Association of the People's Republic of China ( Simplified Chinese: 中国足球协会 Traditional Chinese: 中國足球協會 Pinyin It started in the 1995 season and it reached the milestone of 10 in 2004.
The Chinese FA Cup works in a knockout basis although the format regularly changes. There are two legs in particular rounds in some versions while there are only one leg in others.
