"Chicharrero, chicharrero, chicharrero of my heart. Pour into the streets and pick up the drum, the carnival has already started"

Some versions will replace the word empezó with llegó which changes the translation to "the carnival has been reached. "

Like many drinking songs, versions are just as abundent as ways to create drinks on the vacation paradise of Tenerife.
