The Centre for Newfoundland Studies is a section of the Memorial University of Newfoundland library completely devoted to the collection and storage of Newfoundland related articles and maps. Memorial University of Newfoundland, (colloquially known as Memorial University or "MUN") is a comprehensive university located primarily in St Newfoundland and Labrador (ˈnuːfɨn(dlənd ən(d ˈlæbrəˌdɔr (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador is a province of Canada, the tenth and latest to join the Confederation Founded in 1966 by Agnes O'Dea it is now home to many rare manuscripts, maps and articles related to the people and history of Newfoundland and Labrador.
