In astrology, a cardinal sign (also called by older astrologers a moveable sign) is a sign of the zodiac that initiates a change of temperate zone season when the Sun makes its annual passage into them. Astrology (from Greek grc ἄστρον astron, "constellation star" and grc -λογία -logia) is a group of Systems Zodiac denotes an annual cycle of twelve stations along the Ecliptic, the apparent path of the sun across the heavens through the Constellations that divide the ecliptic The Sun (is considered a very important part of Astrology. It as well as the Moon, are the most important of the astrological planets.
The word "cardinal" originates from the Latin word for "hinge," since they each mark the turning point of a temperate season. Latin ( lingua Latīna, laˈtiːna is an Italic language, historically spoken in Latium and Ancient Rome. They were called moveable by traditional astrologers because, as Bonatti says, the "air" changes when the Sun enters each of these signs, bringing a change of season. Guido Bonatti from Forlì (d between 1296 and 1300 was a famous Italian astronomer and astrologer. The Sun (is considered a very important part of Astrology. It as well as the Moon, are the most important of the astrological planets. [1] For this reason, these signs are considered forceful and dynamic, initiating action and providing leadership.
However, on the other hand, cardinal signs can be inconsiderate, controlling, stubborn, selfish and demanding, as they feel their way is the best and what others should follow.
Sometimes the word cardinal is confused with the word angular. In Astrology, an angular house is one of four cardinal houses of the horoscope which are the houses in which the angles of the chart are found Angular signs are those signs which are located on the astrological angles of any given natal chart. The angle s are the four Cardinal points of an astrological chart: the Ascendant, the Midheaven, the Descendant and the Imum In Natal astrology, a natal chart is a Horoscope /astrological chart drawn for the exact time of an individual's birth at a particular place on Earth Angular houses may be cardinal, fixed or mutable signs, depending on the birthtime of the chart, but only Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn are cardinal signs. In Astrology, an angular house is one of four cardinal houses of the horoscope which are the houses in which the angles of the chart are found In Astrology, there are four fixed signs. Fixed Signs are at the height of the four seasons In Astrology, the mutable signs (also called common signs or bicorporal or double-bodied signs are a subgroup of the Zodiac
