The Cape-Atlantic League (CAL) is an athletic conference consisting of both parochial and public high schools located in Atlantic County, Cape May County, Cumberland County, and Gloucester County, New Jersey. A public high school is a Secondary school that is financed by Tax revenues and other government-collected revenues and administered exclusively by and at the discretion Atlantic County is a County located in the US state of New Jersey. Cape May County is the southernmost County in the US state of New Jersey. Cumberland County is a County located in the US state of New Jersey. Gloucester County is a County located in the US state of New Jersey. New Jersey ( is a state in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern regions of the United States. The Cape-Atlantic League operates under the aegis of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association. The New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA founded in 1918 is a voluntary non-profit organization made up of 425 accredited It was first established in 1949, and today it is composed of two conferences: American and National.
