When the Kodiaks completed their dismal rookie season in the AJHL in 1998, it is unlikely that anyone could imagine how dominating the Kodiaks would become in the early 2000s. The Doyle Cup is a championship Ice hockey trophy won through a best-of-7 series conducted by the Canadian Junior Hockey League. The Royal Bank Cup is an annual Ice hockey tournament held to determine the Canadian Junior A champion. The Alberta Junior Hockey League ( AJHL) is an Alberta -based Junior A hockey league that belongs to the Canadian Junior Hockey With four division titles, three league championships, four Doyle Cup titles as Western Canadian champions, two silver medals at the Royal Bank Cup, and a Royal Bank Cup national championship in 2001, the Kodiaks may well be one of the most dominant teams in Canadian Junior A hockey in the past six years. The Doyle Cup is a championship Ice hockey trophy won through a best-of-7 series conducted by the Canadian Junior Hockey League.
