Lockyer was unopposed in the primary, while Parrish faced Assemblyman Keith Richman. The California State Assembly is the Lower house of the California State Legislature. Dr Keith S Richman is a California, United States Republican politician Parrish won with 56% of the vote to Richman's 44%. [1]
