Buford John Schramm (14 October 1938 – 28 April 2004), better-known as B. RotorWay International, located in Chandler Arizona, is a major manufacturer of low-cost high-performance kit helicopters. At the time of his death he operated a company called Helicycle, based in Caldwell, Idaho. Caldwell is a city in and the County seat of Canyon County, Idaho, United States.
