Charles K. Landis was a land developer who was the driving force behind the creation of Hammonton and Vineland. Charles Kline Landis ( March 16, 1833 - June 12, 1900) was a property developer in South Jersey, who was the founder and developer Hammonton, founded by Charles K Landis, is a town in Atlantic County, New Jersey, United States.
