Early life and career

Brian attended Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, Florida before attending Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio. Following college, he worked at a small comedy club in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Fort Lauderdale, known as the "Venice of America" due to its expansive and intricate Canal system is a city in Broward County, Florida, In 1986, Regan relocated to New York City and two years later won $10,000 when he was named the "Funniest Person in New York" in the K-Rock named contest ^[1].
