Binalong Bay is a small coastal town in northeastern Tasmania, situated at the southern end of the Bay of Fires. Tasmania is an Australian island and state of the same name It is located south of the eastern side of the Continent, being separated from it by Bass Originally a fishing hamlet it is now a thriving village with a large proportion of holiday dwellings. Binalong Bay has an especially beautiful beach, a small harbour (known as "the gulch") and a well-known restaurant (Angasi).
