Personal life

Hader was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Oklahoma ( is a state located in the South Central region of the United States of America. He graduated from Cascia Hall Preparatory School in 1997. He lives in New York with his wife, filmmaker Maggie Carey.

Early work

Hader's comedic skills eventually led him to perform at the Los Angeles chapter of the famed Second City, a comedy troupe that has been a training ground for many SNL cast members since the 1970s.
