Main events

Deepak Tijori replaces Salil Ankola

Salil Ankola was ordered by the Mumbai High Court on Thursday November 9, 2006 to leave the house or face criminal charges in accordance with the agreement he had signed in June to refrain from participating or acting in television shows made by other production houses that “directly or indirectly compete with Balaji Telefilms”. Rakhi Sawant brought back

After being evicted from the contest on the fourth week, Rakhi Sawant was brought back by Big Boss into the house. This created a lot of controversy among the contestants especially as she brought gifts for everyone in the house supposedly from their families. A lot of the house guests had trouble in believing her story, such as Amit Sadh who did not believe that the card Rakhi had given him was from his girlfriend Neeru Bajwa.

Baba Sehgal is the new contestant

As a surprise at the end of a task given to Ragini Shetty (she was called into the Confession Room and told to fulfil the wishes of a bandaged, hidden contestant without letting the other housemates find out), Baba Sehgal was added as another new contestant in the game. Baba is a singer who released some commercially successful albums in the 90s.

Kashmera Shah brought back

As a surprise Kashmera was brought back. The contestants were unaware about her entry to the show. Kashmera's task was to make her presence felt in the house without coming in front of the contestants or telling them. She put clues around the house to let them know that someone other than the remaining 5 contestants was in the house. After being revealed to the contestants, she started telling everyone about the comments which Rakhi Sawant had made about them thus far, leading the housemates to confront and alienate Sawant. Rakhi Sawant is an Indian dancer and Hindi film and television actress and later a television Talk show hosts

Rahul is declared winner

After 12 weeks of staying in a house shut from the entire world, Rahul Roy, one time charmer from Hindi film Aashiqui, finally emerged as the winner. He was elected or rather not evicted from among the last three contestants. Carol Gracias(1st runner up) and Ravi Kissen(2nd runner up) were the last two contestants to be evicted out.
