Benjamin Wegg-Prosser is a British communications advisor currently occupying the role of Director of Marketing for SUP[1], a Moscow-based Internet company. Most recently, Benjamin served as Tony Blair’s director of strategic communications at No. 10 Downing Street[1] where he oversaw a series of innovations including the launch of Downing Street’s e-petitions service. Anthony Charles Lynton "Tony" Blair (born 6 May 1953 is a British Politician who was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 2 May 1997 to [2] He also implemented the first YouTube channel for any head of government, which Blair launched in April 2007. YouTube is a video sharing website where users can upload view and share Video clips YouTube was created in February 2005 by three former PayPal employees [3]

Prior to Downing Street, Benjamin worked at The Guardian where he held positions as publisher of The Guardian’s politics website, general manager of the education website, and finally publisher of Society Guardian, the newspaper's single most lucrative title. The Guardian (until 1959 The Manchester Guardian) is a British Newspaper owned by the Guardian Media Group. As publisher of Society Guardian he launched a series of brand extensions including conferences, books, magazines and new sections in the newspaper. [4]
