An assistant is a person or electronic tool who or that assists another person accomplish his or her goals. A personal assistant, or personal aide, is someone who assists in daily personal tasks The term person is used in Common sense to mean an individual Human being. Yes Man

The term yes man is typically used for an employee who agrees with every statement of his or her employer. [1].
