Askøy Fotballklubb is a Norwegian football club from Kleppestø in Askøy municipality, founded on 3 March 1999 as a merger between Florvåg IF and Kleppestø FK. Norway ( Norwegian: Norge ( Bokmål) or Noreg ( Nynorsk) officially the Kingdom of Norway, is a Constitutional Association football, more commonly known as football or soccer, is a Team sport played between two teams of eleven players and is widely considered Kleppestø is a community on the east coast of Askøy, Norway. The men's team currently plays in the Third Division (fourth tier of Norwegian football), having last played in the Second Division in 2007.
