The Asian Children's Festival (ACF) is an annual event organized by the National Library Board in Singapore to promote the habit of lifelong learning and to create and provide opportunities for the creative and joyous learning of Asian content and culture among children. The National Library Board ( Abbreviation: NLB; Chinese: 国家图书馆管理局 Malay: Lembaga Perpustakaan Negara; Tamil Singapore Lifelong learning is the concept that "It's never too soon or too late for learning" a philosophy that has taken root in a whole host of different organisations

Managed by Singex exhibitions, the event started out in 2001 and has attracted more than 300,000 participants each year. In 2005, the event was held between 7 November and 27 November with the opening at the Woodlands Regional Library.
