Appleton Estate is a sugar estate and distillery in Jamaica that has been handcrafting rums since 1749. Jamaica (ˈdʒəˈmeɪkə} is an Island nation of the Greater Antilles, in length and as much as in width situated in the Caribbean Sea. They produce a wide variety of aged rums, as well as standard gold and white rums. Rum is a Distilled beverage made from Sugarcane by-products such as Molasses and sugarcane Juice by a process of fermentation The parent company Wray and Nephews also produces the popular Wray & Nephew White Overproof rum.
