One of Israel's top swimmers since the mid-1990s, Manziola finished 6th in the 100m Butterfly (57. The 1990s collectively refers to the years between and including 1990 and 1999 14) at the 1996 European Youth Championships.
He was a member of the 4x100m Freestyle Relay that placed 8th at the European LC Championships 2000 in Helsinki, Finland.
