The Albanian First Division (Albanian: Kategoria e parë) is the second level of association football in Albania. In the 2006–07 season, the First Division had 14 teams, but was expanded to 18 teams for the 2007–08 season. No teams were relegated and four teams were promoted from the Second Division.
