Alan Turing Memorial

The Alan Turing Memorial, situated in the Sackville Park in Manchester, England, is in memory of a father of modern computing. Alan Mathison Turing, OBE, FRS (ˈt(jʊ(ərɪŋ (23 June 1912 &ndash 7 June 1954 was an English Mathematician Whitworth Gardens (also known as Sackville Park, and more recently Sackville Gardens) in Manchester, England, is bounded by the City College England is a Country which is part of the United Kingdom. The statue was unveiled on June 23, Turing's birthday, in 2001.
