Akraifnia (Ακραιφνία) is a municipality in the Boeotia Prefecture, Greece. Boeotia ( Greek: Βοιωτία; - Voiotía, also Viotía) is one of the Prefectures of Greece. Greece (Ελλάδα transliterated: Elláda, historically, Ellás,) officially the Hellenic Republic (Ελληνική Δημοκρατία Population 3,230 (2001). The seat of the municipality is in Akraifnio.
