Birth Place of Khushal Khan Khattak

Akora Khattak is the birth place of the famous poet Khushal Khan Khattak. Khushal Khan Khattak (1613 - 1689 (Pashto خوشحال خان خټک was a Pashtun warrior Poet and tribal chief of the Khattak tribe The poet is also buried here. The Khushal Khan Khattak Memorial Library has been constructed here to commemorate the poet. Khushal Khan Khattak Memorial Library is a public Library in Akora Khattak, Pakistan.
