Adrian started his professional career with English team Southampton before spending a few years with lower Football League clubs including Yeovil Town, Hull City, Wycombe Wanderers and Brentford. He moved back to Australia to play for Perth Glory for the second time in the inaugural A-League season. At the start of February 2008 rumours were made public that Adrian Caceres will leave Melbourne Victory and join the current A-League premiers Central Coast Mariners. [1] This move was confirmed on 7 February 2008 as Caceres signed a two year deal with the Central Coast Mariners, which would start following the 2008 Asian Champions League. The AFC Champions League 2008 is the 27th AFC Champions League, the top-level Asian club football tournament and the 6th under the current AFC Champions League title [2]
